23 Possible Sessions For REBCLV
Since there are no professional speakers, discussion presenters or pre-scheduled classes, the ultimate success of Real Estate BarCamp depends on the active participation of the attendees.
And with a maximum of 200 participants, we are confident that there will be several very valuable and educational small group / mastermind style discussions happening all day long.
This is not a typical event where you zone out watching uninspiring powerpoint presentations from non-practicing industry people who have not proven that their “strategies for success” truly work in the real world.
Instead, we will be collecting possible discussion topics during the morning registration, and then we’ll organize all “classes” on a whiteboard that morning.
Basically, the attendees control the content for the day, which means you’ll actually get to hear relevant information that matters to your Las Vegas real estate business.
Getting The Most Out Of Your Session
While the “Un-Conference” style of Real Estate BarCamps may be new to Las Vegas industry professionals, the success of these events across the country is undisputed.
The best sessions have a well defined purpose or goal, and the group sticks to a maximum of 3-5 talking points in order to stay focused.
Within the first five minutes, a few discussion leaders will be the first ones to introduce themselves and get collective feedback on what the group’s main agenda is.
The talking points can be specific questions that everyone wants an answer to, or a simple round-table testimonial session where people share what’s working best for them.
